Hello Valued CASE VIC customer,  

The CASE VIC team wanted to take this opportunity to touch base through what are challenging times on many levels. We do hope you, your families, team members and friends are keeping safe while supporting the required day-to-day requirements at home and work.

CASE VIC is operating, albeit within the current operating framework, and we are only a phone call away. With this in mind and the difficult financial environment, we do appreciate cash flow management is a challenge and would like to outline we are here to support all our valued customers, and should you need assistance either with past costs or ongoing maintenance we would be more than comfortable to try and find a solution to your concern.

We would also like to outline in these challenging times there are unscrupulous people who are taking advantage and with many businesses working from home we have experienced customers having e-mail issues.

We would like to take this opportunity to confirm we have not changed any payment systems for our customer accounts or banking details and should you receive any information to the contrary, you should raise this with the relevant authorities.
