My item has arrived damaged.

In the unlikely event your item has been damaged in transit, please contact Case Vic directly and we can cover the return postage and provide a store credit or replace the item. Please note refunds are at the discretion of the Case Vic customer service team.

I’ve ordered the wrong size.

If you have ordered the incorrect size, Case Vic is happy to offer a store credit or replace with the correct size. The item must be in unworn, undamaged and in its original condition. Return postage will be at your cost.

I have changed my mind and no longer want the item.

All purchases must be returned within 28 days of it being delivered to you. Case Vic will not offer a full refund for change of mind, however, can provide a store credit. I ordered the incorrect quantity of items.

It happens! If you have accidentally ordered the incorrect amount of an item, Case Vic is happy to offer a store credit. The item must be in unworn, undamaged and in its original condition. Return postage will be at your cost.

I entered the incorrect delivery address.

Unfortunately Case Vic is unable to offer a replacement or store credit if you enter the incorrect delivery address. Please make sure you check your details before checking out your cart.

My item has not been delivered.

In the unlikely event your item has been misplaced in transit and not delivered, Case Vic will work with Australia Post or the relevant delivery service to provide a full refund.

Returned items.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed up properly and so there is no damage in transit.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. Please note refunds are at the discretion of the Case Vic customer service team.
