ROLE PURPOSE

Case Vic is seeking a Parts Interpreter to join the team. We are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated person with an eye for detail, who is friendly, systematic, and driven by achieving results to support our fast-paced environment.

Major Accountabilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Analyse existing/potential customer parts needs
  • Provide accurate information and advice to customers and internal staff
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Assist with merchandising displays
  • Participate in stocktakes
  • Ensure the swift resolution of customer problems and complaints
  • Occasional Saturdays & on-call roster

About you

  • Ability to work Saturdays and outside normal hours during peak seasons
  • A supportive team player with a can do attitude
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technology
  • Proven ability to build professional relationships with clients and seek new parts sales opportunities
  • Proficient in parts merchandising, selling techniques and parts ordering software
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to multitask and prioritise

Minimum Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Language(s)

Essential

  • Experience in a Parts role
  • Forklift Licence
  • Driving Licence

Desirable

  • Experience in Earthmoving Parts
  • Ability to drive manual
