ROLE PURPOSE
Our Case Vic Dealership in Truganina has an opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join the team in a full time role. As part of the McIntosh Group, our Case Vic Dealerships offer a wide range of Case construction machines for sale and rent, as well as expert servicing and access to genuine spare parts.
Major Accountabilities
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative support for the Finance Department.
- Processing of day-to-day finance related tasks, including accounts receivable and accounts payable, and rental invoicing.
- Performing routine bank and general ledger reconciliations.
- Assisting with the preparation financial data and reports for internal use.
- Supporting the coordination of month-end tasks under direction from the Financial Controller.
- Following up with customers to help resolve outstanding debtor accounts.
About you
- Previous experience in providing efficient administrative support to a high standard.
- Solid understanding of financial processes and procedures, including the handling of debtors, creditors, and reconciliations.
- Exceptional data entry skills with an extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient with a range of software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
- Certificate or diploma in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred.
- Previous experience with e-Emphasis software is desirable.
